- Please describe a time in your work with others when you
faced a difficult interpersonal challenge. What dilemmas were evident
to you? How did you respond and what actions did you take? How did you
involve others? What did you learn about yourself in the process?
- If you were to start a job next week as the executive
director of Orchestra X, what would be the first actions you would
take? With whom would you consult?
- If you had infinite resources to build the orchestra of
your dreams, what elements would it include that might differentiate it
from the orchestras you know.
