All potential grantees must have completed the League of American Orchestras’ Board of Directors Self-Assessment Tool and have received the Summary Report from this assessment prior to filing this grant request application.   1. What did the Board learn through the self-assessment process?
  2. Following a review of the Summary Report from the self-assessment, what did the Board identify as their top priorities?
  3. What is the time line and what are the planned actions to address one or more of the priorities?
  4. What is the requested grant amount? (Grant amounts are between $2,500 and $7,500)
  5. How will the MetLife Governance grant be spent?
  6. What is the expected short- and long-term impact of the Board development work described in this grant application?
  7. How will results of this work be measured? Please be as specific as possible. Quantifiable measures are requested.
