Write an Essay of no more than two-pages, double-spaced, using a readable font size, addressing the following points:
  1. Describe your current position, including your leadership and managerial responsibilities and your potential to effect change in your area of responsibility within the organization.
  2. Your commitment to the orchestra field as evidenced by professional, community, and relevant service-related activities.
  3. Your expectations about the learning and job experience you will gain over the fellowship year and what impact this experience will have on your future work in the orchestra field.
  4. If you are not presently working for an orchestra, your reasons for transitioning to the orchestra field.

This is a chance for you to introduce yourself to the selection committee, to speak about your career, and address how the fellowship will serve your goal of becoming an executive director. Please upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo and submit the link.
